volume control and setting

(1) double click on the
tray icon of loudspeaker shape.
Or click Start button
/ run / and type ¡°sndvol32¡± on the column
and click OK..
(2) Then the following screen
will be shown, you can control sound volume
with control tool box.

Why can`t my counterpart hear my voice?
Open the window of Volume control and
click option/ properties. Please check the
check box at the ¡°Recording¡± column. And check
the check box at the ¡°microphone¡± column.Please
see whether the check box at the mute is checked
or not. It should be not checked.

Why ca`nt I hear my counterpart voice?
Open the window of
Volume control and click option/ properties.
Please check the check box at the ¡°Playback¡±
column. And adjust the control bar at the
¡°Play control¡±, ¡°Wave/DirectSound¡±, and ¡°Microphone¡±
at the Play control window. Please see whether
the check box at the mute is checked or not.
It should be not checked.

Why my counterpart cannot hear my voice
clearly? ( There is noise )
Open
the window of Volume control and click option/
properties. Please check the check box at
the ¡°Playback¡± column. And check the check
box at the ¡°Play control¡±, ¡°Wave/DirectSound¡±,
and ¡°Microphone¡± column. Then adjust the control
bar at the ¡°Play control¡±, ¡°Wave/DirectSound¡±,
and ¡°Microphone¡± at the Play control window.

Why I hear noise from my counterpart?
(1) Open the window of ¡°Volume control¡±
then click ¡°option¡± /¡±properties¡±. Please
check the check box at ¡°Playback¡± column.
And check the check box at the ¡°Play control¡±,
¡°Wave/DirectSound¡±, and ¡°Microphone¡± column.
Click on Option / Advance, and make the check
box at the Microphone boost uncheck.
(2) When you use PC microphone together with
headset, If your PC microphone is too close
to the headset. Then It can be happen that
your microphone sense your counterpart voice
from headset. So your microphone have to be
over 1 miter away from headset.Click on Option
/ Advance, and make the check box at the Microphone
boost uncheck.

Why is the sound echoed?
For echo cancellation,
please follow the below two directions
(1) Uncheck the check box at the Mute
Open the window of Volume control and click
option/ properties. Please check the check
box at the ¡°Playback¡± column. And check the
check box at the ¡°Play control¡±, ¡°Wave/DirectSound¡±,
and ¡°Microphone¡± column. Then adjust the control
bar at the ¡°Play control¡±, ¡°Wave/DirectSound¡±,
and ¡°Microphone¡± at the Play control window.
[¸¶ÀÌÅ©] Please make the check box at the ¡°mute¡±
and ¡°Select¡± under the Volume control bar
uncheck.
(2) When you use PC microphone together with
headset, If your PC microphone is too close
to the headset. Then It can be happen that
your microphone sense your counterpart voice
from headset. So your microphone have to be
