Why I cannot see my video?
In case you cannot see your video, Please
follow the below directions.
(1) Pull out the camera USB,
and reconnect it.
(2) It can be a problem
relating Camera Driver. Ask the latest version
drive to relevant company and install the
new version drive. You can check whether
your camera driver is connected well or
not by running ¡° Vidcap32.exe¡±. If ¡®no device
found¡¯ message is pop out, your camera installation
isn`t connected. Then retry to install the
new version drive.

Since I exited the program abnormally,
I cannot have seen my video.
When you ddidn`t exit
the program abnormally, Your video cannot
be working well. So pleas shot down your computer
and restart it.

I cannot see my video when I run other
program during video conference.
Exit
other programs, then go to Waiting room and
join the conference room again. If there is
still the problem, Please restart your computer.
If you have this problem after restarting
your computer, your sound drive have a problem.
Install the sound driver again.

How can I check my camera driver works
well or not?
(1) Click Start ->
Settings ->Control panel -> System ->Hardware
->Device manager. Then the window of ¡°Device
manager¡± will be displayed. You can confirm
¡°Video Capture Driver¡± at the Image device
of the ¡°Device manager¡± window.
(2) Make
sure that your computer camera is connected
to your computer properly.

My video is not clear.
Mast computer camera has a device for Focusing.

My video screen is all blue color.
You need to install the latest version
of computer camera driver. This problem might
be case the old version driver.
